AI voice calls (optional)
If you tick the optional "AI voice calls" box in the cart, you consent to Keauty calling you with an AI-generated voice about your orders (for example delivery updates) and occasional offers or product news. This consent is entirely optional, is never a condition of buying from us, and you can withdraw it at any time.
- What we process: your name, phone number, order details and store language, used to place and personalise the call.
- AI transparency: these calls are made by an automated AI system, and each call identifies itself as such at the start.
- Legal basis: your consent, which we record with a timestamp when you tick the box.
- Withdrawing: say "stop calling" during any call or email us at hello@keautyworld.com and we will stop the calls immediately.
- Retention: we keep the consent record and a basic call log only while your consent is active, unless the law requires longer.
