Empfindliche Haut: was das bedeutet

Brennen beim Auftragen eines neuen Produkts, Rötungen, die ohne klaren Grund auflodern, Reaktionen auf Duftstoffe, Hitze oder sogar kalte Luft. Empfindliche Haut hat eine geschwächte Barriere, die Reizstoffe hinein- und Feuchtigkeit hinauslässt. Der richtige Ansatz ist minimalistisch, duftstofffrei und Barriere-First. Hier ist weniger wirklich mehr.

Worauf du in Produkten achten solltest
  • Centella Asiatica und Madecassoside zur Beruhigung und Barrierereparatur
  • Heartleaf zur Linderung von Rötungen
  • Panthenol zur Unterstützung der Regeneration
  • Propolis für sanft antibakterielle und pflegende Vorteile
  • Ceramidreiche, parfümfreie Feuchtigkeitscremes
  • Mineralischer SPF (Zinkoxid) statt chemischer Filter
Was du vermeiden solltest
  • Alles mit zugesetztem Parfüm oder ätherischen Ölen
  • Alcohol denat in jedem Schritt
  • Mechanische Peelings, Scrubs, Bürsten, Handschuhe
  • Hochdosierte Säuren und Retinoide (extrem langsam einführen, wenn überhaupt)
  • Zu viele aktive Inhaltsstoffe auf einmal geschichtet
Deine K-Beauty-Routine

Morgens: Creme- oder Balsamreiniger (überspringe den Schaumschritt, wenn die Haut reaktiv ist), Centella-Toner, beruhigende Essenz, Ceramid-Feuchtigkeitscreme, mineralischer SPF.

Abends: Sanfter Öl-Reiniger, optional eine zweite Reinigung mit einer Cremeformel, Madecassoside-Ampulle, Propolis-Essenz auf entzündeten Stellen, Barrierecreme.

  • Madecassoside: der aktivste Bestandteil in Centella, noch gezielter

  • Panthenol: tröstet eine angegriffene Barriere
