Piel sensible: qué significa

Escozor al aplicar un producto nuevo, rojeces que aparecen sin motivo claro, reacciones a la fragancia, el calor o incluso el aire frío. La piel sensible tiene una barrera debilitada que deja entrar irritantes y escapar la hidratación. El enfoque adecuado es minimalista, sin fragancia y centrado en la barrera cutánea. Aquí, menos es de verdad más.

Qué buscar en los productos
  • Centella Asiática y Madecasósido para calmar la piel y reparar la barrera
  • Heartleaf para calmar las rojeces
  • Pantenol como apoyo en la reparación
  • Propóleo por su suave acción antibacteriana y nutritiva
  • Hidratantes ricos en ceramidas y sin fragancia
  • SPF mineral (óxido de zinc) en lugar de filtros químicos
Qué evitar
  • Cualquier producto con fragancia añadida o aceites esenciales
  • Alcohol desnaturalizado en cualquier paso
  • Exfoliantes físicos (scrubs, cepillos, guantes exfoliantes)
  • Ácidos de alta concentración y retinoides (introdúcelos muy poco a poco, o mejor evítalos)
  • Demasiados ingredientes activos combinados a la vez
Tu rutina K-beauty

Mañana: Limpiador en crema o bálsamo (sáltate el paso de espuma si tu piel está reactiva), tónico de centella, esencia calmante, hidratante con ceramidas, SPF mineral.

Noche: Limpiador oleoso suave, segundo lavado opcional con una fórmula en crema, ampolla de madecasósido, esencia de propóleo en las zonas con rojeces, crema barrera.

Ingredientes clave
  • Centella Asiática (Cica): con eficacia clínicamente probada para calmar la piel y ayudar a recuperar la barrera
  • Madecasósido: el compuesto más activo de la centella, con una acción todavía más concreta
  • Propóleo: de origen apícola, calmante y con suave acción antibacteriana
  • Heartleaf: reduce las rojeces de forma visible en días, no en semanas
  • Pantenol: alivia las barreras dañadas
