Water-Based Cleansers are the second step in a Korean double cleanse, designed to lift away sweat, residue and water-soluble impurities once your oil cleanser has done its job. Formulas range from creamy low-pH washes to airy gel foams.

Expect hydrating actives like hyaluronic acid, panthenol and Centella Asiatica so skin feels clean and balanced, not tight, after rinsing.
